upgraded my gpu to 3060 and my fps dropped

pc specs:

amd ryzen 3 2200G with radeon vega graphics
3060 zotac gpu
16 gb 3600mhz ram
600 watt psu

upgraded my ram and gpu from 8gb ram and 1050ti gpu and my pc performance became worse, updated bios gpu and chipset still didint fix my problem, my cpu usage is 100% and gpu only 50% while gaming anyone could please tell me what to try next iam stuck.

I updated my motherboard bios. motherboard is asus prime a320m-k . PSU is system power 9 be quiet. S9-CM-600W

How old is that PSU in your build? You stated upgrading your ram, what are you working with now? Not capacity wise, I meant brand wise and specs for the sticks of ram. Did you use DDU prior to removing the GTX1050Ti from your platform prior to dropping the RTX3060 in?

What BIOS version are you on at the time of writing?

The PSU is brand new. My ram is CROSAIR 16GB RAMKit 2x8GB DDR4 3600Hz vegeance LPX. I did not use DDU prior to removing the rtx1050ti my bios version is 6042.
