Do you want a new PC or just an upgrade? Judging by fact there are not many better CPU on that motherboard, I guess its a new PC?

Where are you located and what is budget?

You could reuse the Case, I wouldn't reuse the PSU.
Could reuse the nvme as well.
Windows 11 can be moved to a new install provided its linked to a Microsoft Account (Unless you want to keep current PC as is). Would want to clean install on new PC.

I would aim for 16gb of ram as any more is too expensive now. 2 x 8 as 1 stick loses 20% performance

I’m in the Los Angeles area i wanna keep the case and whatever parts i can but if i need a new motherboard then that’s not a problem looking to spend 800 - 1200 on upgrading parts. I want be able to run triple A games on ultra

Maybe that PSU, might cost more but should do trick. 7 year warranty. Last longer than PC.
