Additional info:
-I will use the two Noctuas to replace the stock AIO fans and set it as intake. The third fan will be mounted at the top of the case as exhaust.
-Windows 11 will be my OS. I'll try to debloat as much as I could.
-This pc will used for gaming, photo and video editing, as well as digital art.
-Monitor's res is 1440p at 165hz . Will I face any problems? Can the cpu and gpu meet those standards without any bottleneck?

So what do you think? Are there any issues? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

just a hint: updating the initial post doesn't tell the people below that there is new info, so if you want comments on any changes you are best replying to the thread instead of editing top post. That and any edit to top will need approval since you are only new. Might slow down replies as well as needs to wait for a mod to see it.

looks at his PC, sees avg temp of 25c, sees Arctic liquid Freezer 2. Agrees with statement

There might be better but they cost more.

main dif between 2 & 3 is the pump and maybe the fans... okay, most of it. They still fairly similar.
I recently built a new PC using the III and am super happy, Sure the twice more expencive like Corsair or Lian-Li might perform better but i have no intention of overklocking my 7800x3d so the III is more than good enough :)

I saw Steve from GN was using a II on a 9700x in his tests, but that CPU hardly runs hot unless you OC it. Will be curious how it works on 9800x3d, tell me if I need a new one for that or not. runs quiet and cool. I have mine set to run fans at 900rpm so pump is always at 100% and I don't get weird rubbing noises from fans. Above 1100 I get a noise. Warmest thing in PC is my NVME on 45c. I can't complain.

I'm no expert on AIOs but for "cheeper" alternatives Arctic Liquid Freezer II and III kicks ass.
Oh yeah, I did heard they're basically the king of aios. Although, few people on other forums said it was difficult to mount that cooler for the meshroom. But I think I can manage that. The Pc Part Picker list should be updated now.

If you're in USA, choose 'English World' during the initial language selection screen to skip some—sadly, not all—of the BS from MS. Article.

If you're a more advanced user, then for almost full install control, use an 'Answer File'.

Your build looks solid and balanced. The components should handle 1440p at 165Hz well with minimal bottlenecks. The cooling setup with Noctua fans is a great choice. Everything seems compatible, so you’re good to go! I needed help with my coursework, so I decided to use https://academized.com/coursework-writing-service The service provided me with a well-written and well-organized piece of coursework that met all my requirements. The writer was responsive to my feedback and made revisions quickly and efficiently. The final product was delivered on time, and the quality of the work was exceptional. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone needing help with their coursework.
Thanks, that helps a lot.
