Goodmorning everyone,
as indicated by the title, I ask for an opinion for an ultra quiet build that attracts no attention as it has to go in a bedroom.

The GPU around which the build will be is an NVIDIA RTX 3070.

The budget, excluding video card and Monitor 32 "2K 144hz that I already have, is 900 €.

I have identified these components:

Case: Corsair Carbide Series 100R Mid-Tower, because it's silent, without transparent panels and RGB

Mobo - Variant A: ASUS TUF Gaming B660-PLUS WiFi D4
Mobo - Variant B: Asus Tuf H670-PRO DDR4 gaming WiFi D4
depending on which of the two will cost less at the time of purchase

CPU - Variant A: Intel Core i5-12400F
CPU - Variant B: Intel Core i5-12600k
here I am undecided, both are good for gaming, I have read that there are few FPS differences, with the first I would save something by not having the integrated intel video card, what do you suggest?

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D9L, because I read that it is a guarantee in terms of build quality and silence

RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX - Memory kit, C16 3200MHz 32GB DDR4 DRAM (2 x 16GB), coming from 16GB now, I think it is wise to prepare for more use in the ucpoming years

SSD Variant A: WD Blue SN550 1TB M.2 PCIe NVME SSD, with read speeds up to 2,400MB
SSD Variant B: Crucial P5 Plus CT1000P5PSSD8 1 TB Internal SSD-Up to 6600MB / s, PCIe 4.0, 3D NAND, NVMe, M.2
I read that ultra-fast SSDs are overkill for gaming at the moment, so I don't know whether to "settle" for speeds below 5GB/s

PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 PLUS Gold, cause even if a 650 is enough, on paper, it is better to be future proof and have an efficient use of the PSU

What country are you located?

I'll use this site for an example seeing how they ship all over Europe.

The Corsair 100R is a hotbox with poor airflow and limited space. This case down below has a built in fan controller allowing you to control the fan speed of those front fans which helps make for a quiet case with good airflow/ventilation not to mention it also has more space for a larger cpu cooler.

Phanteks Eclipse P400A €70,94

That case up above calls for a 120mm 4-pin case fan in the rear of the case in order exhaust hot air from it. Arctic makes the best imo. The fan only kicks up when it's needed.

Arctic P12 PWM 120mm 4-pin Case Fan €5,43

This cpu cooler also has a 4-pin PWM fan and it's known for being deadly silent. That and it's the perfect fit for that case and 12400F

be quiet! Pure Rock 2 €28,66

If you don't need WiFi then here's three boards to have a look at.

MSI PRO B660M-A DDR4 €130,15

ASUS TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS D4 €140,17

And this board which is available in some European countries although I don't see it listed on that particular site.

thank you very much for the suggestions!
in the meanwhile I have found this case, since I want the side also to be solid and not transparent, do you think it could be a good choice?

be quiet! Pure Base 500 Midi Tower Gaming

and for the CPU fan, what do you think of this:

Noctua NH-U12S Redux

as for the MoBo I would like one with 2.5GBs, WiFi 6 and BT 5.x, considering this, is there any difference between a B660 and a H670 if I do not intend to OC?

That case and cooler work. The difference between the B660 and H670 chipsets is the amount of PCIe lanes (bandwidth). The B660 chipset has 12 PCIe lanes and the H670 has 20 which means you can run dual M.2 drives in the H670 boards without losing X amount of SATA ports in the process. You don't need dual M.2 drives for a gaming build. A single M.2 drive is fine and if you need more storage then you can always add a SATA SSD later on. That WD Blue Gen 3 SSD you have listed above will work just fine.

These B660 boards have WiFi and allows you to cut the cost of that build.

Thank you very much for the heads up on these two MoBos! what about the CPU? if I decide for the more powerful Intel Core i5-12600k, but I don't want to OC, would it make more sense to go for the Intel Core i5-12600 or would the K still be significantly faster at stock speed?

If you go with the 12600K / 12600KF then you want a board with good VRM's and a very good cpu cooler. Personally I think the 12400/12400F is the better deal. That cpu will get you the similar results as a 12600 and do it for cheaper.
