Hello, I am having an issue where I am not receiving my verification codes, for Ubisoft Connect, I have checked my spam boxes already. Is this a known issue?

I use Ubi for Far Cry and haven't had trouble myself *taps head* altho Ubi Connect nearly always takes ages to connect.

Contact Ubisoft support. Make sure you emphasize that you've checked all folders including spam
