Trying to build my first rig!

Hi! I am brand new to the PC Gaming world and am very eager to start my first setup. I have been doing a TON of research the last few days and have a basic setup in mind from PcPartPicker, I just don't know how solid it is or if it could use some work; maybe there are some things that could be tweaked a little to make more sense. Any help is welcome!!!
Here is the build with around a $900 budget:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX ATX AM4 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8) DDR4-3600
Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB Hard Drive
WD Blue SN550 500GB M.2-2280 NVME SSD
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB Ventus XS OC
Phanteks Eclipse P300A Mesh ATX Mid Tower Case
Cooler Master MWE Gold 650W 80+ Gold Certified Full Modular PSU

Not 100% sure on that motherboard... might want to change that one out for the B450 TOMAHAWK if it's in stock by the time I order the parts. Also was thinking of an RX 5600 XT to replace the Ryzen 5 3600. Anyways, all comments are greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've just finished building a similar rig for a friend (3300x, 5600xt, b450 tomahawk max, ddr4-3200 for the main components), it's a really solid 1080p build.

You could spend less money on a less powerful PSU, I don't think you need that kind of wattage for that build, unless you plan to do some serious upgrading and/or overclocking in the future.
