Time to upgrade!, Need help

Looking to upgrade to stay a bit more current, I don't need to be tip top of the line, but I'd like to get into something that will take me a couple of years. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Budget
PC uses
If gaming, what kind—fast action, or slower calmer
If gaming, what resolution
Case
 
get a 2x8, or better a 2x16 ddr5 kit.
you can change that 14900k to 13700k, won't make a difference, unless you do video eiditing work for a living.
if you want a quiet 4070ti for near msrp, look for pny xlr8
