Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE or Enermax Aquafusion?

For my i5-12600k I'm looking for a decent cooler.
I don't want to spend too much, so I came across the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler for €40,- and the Enermax Aquafusion 240 watercooler which I can get for €46,50,- on Amazon Warehouse.

What would be the way to go?

The Thermalright if it clears your boards heatsinks and your RAM. If not then this cooler down below is worth considering.

I wouldnt trust a returned AIO watercooler either, could have a noisy pump or other issue thats not obvious. If youre not overclocking as far as you can an decent air cooler like the one you linked or @Why_Me suggested will be a better choice IMO.
