Solved System won’t boot, only beeps

Hello maybe anyone has idea, where’s the problem? when i turn on pc, i hear only 4 beeps, little break and 1 one more beep

Hearing that 4 beeps after a start up could be an indication of issues on your hardware. 4 beeps means system timer failure and 1 beep means DRAM refresh failure.

Everything started few days ago, when i try turn on PC and he's doesn't post, only 3 long beeps and MB msi h310m pro-vd plus shows ez debug led white light on VGA, then i try turn on pc with motherboard integrated graphics, but problem keep same. Yesterday i buy new Motherboard asus prime h310m-k r2.0 and now pc post, but still doesn't work, only beeps, u can watch in the video.
I tryed change ram slots or insert single stick, but problem same.

PC specs :
Motherboard : Asus prime h310m-k r2.0
CPU : Intel i5 9400f
GPU : AMD HD 6670
RAM : Patriot DDR4 8X2 2666MhZ
PSU : Be queit power 9 500w
Case : Basic, without cooling parts
i didn't do anything with bios

Last update : Thank you everyone for help, but problem was broken CPU. I changed to other and everything works
