with cdkeys u can choose different currencies to pay for games if i choose a currency like vietnamese dong and my currency were i live is euro , any risk for my steam account to be banned?

I don't think so. As long as it will activate in the region you live in it should be fine.

EDIT: I should probably elaborate. I think cdkeys is a legit site. The only downside to cdkeys is you can't refund a game if it turns out you don't like it.

Well, yes, it was like that for me. But you can always restore it, but to do this you will need to submit your documents (passport or driver’s license).

But this was a completely new account, perhaps if you have been using it for a long time, this will not happen
