SSD Questions

Hi guys. I have a couple questions regarding SSDs. I am getting a new laptop this Friday, and want to remove one of the 4TB SSDs in my current laptop to put in the new one. Thing is, I don't remember which SSD in my current laptop has the Windows 11 OS installed on it. My current laptop is an Eluktronics MAX 17 and in the Eluktronics Control Center, it lists the names of the 2 SSDs, but doesn't say which one has W11 OS. Without removing an actual SSD, is there any way I can find out which one has the OS installed? In the ECC, one is named "CT4000P3SSD8", and the other is "MKNSSDAL4TB-D8". The MK one has longer SSD Usage Count, and SSD Usage Time, so I am guessing that one has the OS installed?

My other question is, when I install one of the 4TB SSDs into my new laptop, how should I ground myself before taking back cover off and installing the SSD? Most of my Apartment has carpet, but my actual desk where I use my laptop is Wood.

Thoughts and help on all of this GREATLY appreciated :)

Press Win + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter. From there, go to Components > Storage > Disks in the left panel. It will list all your drives with their model names, and importantly it will show the partition information for each one. The drive that contains a partition labeled as the System or Boot partition (and shows your C: drive) is the one with Windows installed on it. As for grounding, if you don't have an anti static strap, just use your wood desk and don't shuffle around on any carpet and be sure to touch something that is bare metal before handling any parts.
