Based on how people say they discover new games, I thought this might be handy. Steam isn't the easiest to wade through. I'm not sure my tags were broad enough, as most everything in this post looks kind of "old school". Assuming I add to this thread, I'll experiment with the tags. The problem is that if you just use "RPG" you get a ridiculous number of games, most of which aren't really what I would consider an RPG, like tower defense, platformers and 4x games. I guess, theoretically, you can role play in just about any game.
