should i lock to 60hz?

i have a 144hz
1660ti
i5 10400f

so in some games like
gta v
far cry
i might get around 90 fps
and i got used to 144+
in rocket league r6s csgo
and just in general so when it's 90 i feel like it's 30 fps
so should i just lock my monitor on 60 and get used to it
or keep it like that and try and get used to each game's frames

Actually, that just boils down to preference, after all some games feel better or look better at a higher frame rate, but if it was me, I'd just try to get used to that.

But of course, that's just my personal opinion. 😉
