Screenshot to PDF

Is there any software tool can save the screenshot to pdf directly?
mean once I take screenshot a popup show to choose destination and file name, then its save as pdf?

I'm not aware of such, best I know of is open in image editor and 'Save As' PDF. That's probably doable as a batch operation, altho I haven't tried it.
