Question Ram issue Win 10

m5a97 pro motherboard, win 10, when I use two slots it starts up without problems when I use all four slots, it gives me that I found a problem with a sad face. if I change for the other two it starts the same so the Ram stick is fine, if I put the four if it recognizes them in the BIOS. HELP!

When does that happen, during POST I assume?

Are all 4 sticks exactly the same—same maker, model etc?
