It's a film called The House of the Devil (2009), It's a bit of a slow burner and not many people have seen the movie so it flopped money wise, but I think it's great, it's really suspenseful.

It's Dazed and Confused! Basically Richard Linklater's first movie. First clip is the two freshmen looking out the window on the last day of school, scared about the seniors catching them when school is let out for summer. Then, Ben Affleck doused in paint, gripping a paddle board. And lastly, the girl's being hazed in the parking lot.
