I'm going to go out on a limb and say I don't think anyone else is going to guess this without doing some Googling, so that's exactly what I did. Eventually I figured out that the answer is McCabe & Mrs. Miller. I had never even heard of this film before today and I think the chances of it appearing on Netflix anytime soon are slim at best!

Thanks for the brain teaser, I like it when I have to do some digging to figure it out.
