Performance drop

Basically I've built a new computer a month ago ( RTX 2070 Super, 16GB RAM, i7 9700) and everything is wonderful, however, today after purchasing a new keyboard and mouse (SteelSeries Apex 3 & Logitec 402) I started playing on games such as BF4 and I noticed a slight performance drop, it's still very playable, however, the frame rate dropped by a significant amount. For example, I used to get upto 200 fps on BF4 with ultra settings and on average around 180-190, however, now I'm barely reaching 100 with my fps averaging to about 90.

It is still playable, however to me the frame rate is significant, and I'm kinda starting to worry,
anybody know what's going on?

SteelSeries 3 software has been known to slow down systems to a crawl. That has been going on for a couple years. Try shutting down the SS3 software and see what happens.
