IT REALLY DEPENDS

A few years after you buy your computer not much. Buy it to use it. Computer equipment loses value at roughly 2% per week.
Subtract that number from the purchase price, and the resulting number is how much the computer is worth after one year of use. For example, if a computer cost $1,000 US Dollars (USD), multiplying it by 20% is $200. $1,000 - $200 = $800. The value of the computer after one year of use is then $800.

But that would mean it had lost all value after a year—50 x 2% = 100%—not the 20% you say later.

Do you have any link for your depreciation figure, it would be interesting to read?

Throw a number out there that you think youd be ok with and go down from there depending on how many replies and stuff you get. I wouldnt ask for more than 600 though imho.
