16 GB Ram 2400MHz

ok, is it ok to update BIOS via internet or download update then instal, sry about stupid qustion, i never done that before,
is it good update on Ryzen 5 3600 on this PC build, i have budget around 450-500 euro ($400-$480)

The real question is why do you want to upgrade? If the current system can't do your tasks like it did on day one of the build, then you go for an upgrade. If you can't justify an upgrade, then you're only burning money.

I'd manually update the BIOS, using a thumb drive and the BIOS files...gradually working your way up to the version listed for Ryzen 5 3600 support.

EVGA 500 B1, 80+ BRONZE 500W
How old is that PSU?

16 GB Ram 2400MHz
is that 1x16GB or a 2x8GB kit? If you've got one stick of ram, Ryzen tends to perform better with a dual channel ram kit. To add, if you got a dual channel DDR4-3200MHz ram kit(with tight timings) you should see an uplift in your system/gaming performance.
