Pc supply issue

My gaming pc was not powering on , i check outlet supply with volt tester first that was ok. It gives 110v normally, then i physically analyz condition of my old pc cpu, mother board and power supply. What more i should do? do i need a multimeter to check pc power supply?

Something which catches everyone out at some point is:
Is the switch in the power supply on?

One other basic check:
Move PC to a different outlet, and test.

Are you plugging PC power cable directly into wall?

You get absolutely zero action when trying to power on? No lights, no beeps, no fans…?
