pc issue

hello, I have a problem with my pc, it turns out that when I suspend it and want to turn it on again I press a key or the mouse and nothing, I have to press the power button on the pc, and when I do so the processor and power fans the graphics start to work at 100% how can I fix it?

hmm, the problem is that it shouldn't, this has been happening to me for 3 days and the fans sound very loud also apparently it doesn't give video.

-intel i5 10400f

Suspend? Do you mean sleep or Hibernate?

is this windows 10 or 11?

in 10, right click start
choose power options
in next menu, choose advanced power options
this opens control panel power options menu
in top left, click on "choose what power button does"
what is it set to?
you can change it so its set to Hibernate or Shut down

I sometimes find my keyboard/mouse doesn't turn on when I wake PC with hibernate.

do they only do this for a short term or always after you press button? As my fans always run at full speed at startup until windows takes control.
