Hello, my pc is 7 years old and I want to get a new gig. Will take RAMS , HDD and SSDs from my older pc

So my budget is around 1100 euro including shiping. Im a semi professional valorant player and a mechanical engineering student doing CAD/editing sometimes but primarly CPU intensive games. So im looking for a build that could handle both. Preferably nvidia but open to tryout amd aswell.
