PC Build Comparison (Advice Needed)

Hello,

So I'm looking to buy a gaming pc from nzxt and I'm debating between two pc builds. I'm looking for something that will have a balance of good longevity and performance and am wondering about y'alls opinions. Both builds around the same price.

CPU: Intel Core i7-12700KF 12-Core 3.6GHz
Ram: Team T-FORCE Vulcan Z DDR4 16GB
Cooling: NZXT Kraken X63
GPU: MSI GeForce RTX™ 4060 Ti Ventus 2x Black OC 8G
Power: XPG Core Reactor 650W Gold
Storage: Western Digital SN570 500 GB

Build 2 -
Case: NZXT H5 Elite
Motherboard: B550
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600X
Ram: Team T-FORCE Vulcan Z DDR4 16GB
Cooling: NZXT Kraken 120
GPU:NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4070
Power: High Power ATX 650W Gold
Storage: Western Digital SN570 1 TB

I appreciate any help, thank you!

Couldn't find the exact ones, but it was clear they wouldn't be anywhere near your price. Honestly, I was kind of shocked by the prices. They are really sticking it to people right now. Not a good time to buy a prebuilt.
