Question Overclocking amd ryzen 5 2600

Soo i'm trying to OC my amd ryzen 5 2600 and I am having some problems, it's my first time trying to do, and i've seen many videos but they dont' seem to help.

Currently I have:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600
ASRock B450M Pro4
AMD Radeon RX 570 (Polaris 20 XL) [ASRock]
2x 8GB Kingston DDR4 3003

I'm trying to see on my own, but when I apply and test my pc just crashes and goes blue screen

You are increasing too much and causing a heat and/or power issue. Baby steps are the way to go, or use one of the pre-set profiles.

The stock cooler really isn't sufficient for overclocking. It is okay for stock settings, but really can't handle OCing, especially if being aggressive.
