So I remember this one FPS/Assassin's Creed POV game set in the future where quest result would change the world serverwide along with changing things in your person world ie: you don't have toothpaste any more!, along with being able to put up RL money for in game assassinations. Anyone remember this? It was hella hyped up.

Must not have been too hyped up. There's no information on it online based on your description. At least, AI couldn't find anything. But there's no such thing as an FPS third person game.
