Question No picture when turning pc on

So sometimes when i turn on my pc it doesnt give any picture. I hear the pc running but no image on my monitors,usually one restart fixes the issue but i would like to find out what it actually could be. The pc shops I've been to told me that its most likely my ssd or power supply which I've changed both and the problem still presists. It's not huge issue but still would like to fix it

the main monitor (acer) is connected with a dvi cable and the 2nd one is with a hdmi using a hdmi-vga adapter
and the power supply is corsair vs550
