Question New gaming pc 2200$ without monitor

Mar 14, 2023
Hi guys,
I'm planning to buy a new gaming pc for 2200$, so I would really appreciate if i get a little bit of help from u
PC should work perfectly 70-120 more or less fps at full hd or 2k monitor
So I've chosen some components but I wanna know if all of this is gonna work

Intel Core i5-13600KF (i513600kf/i713700kf isnt too much of difference between those two, so isnt i5enough, I wonder?)
CPU Cooler Noctua NH-D15
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB GAMING OC (I'd rather choose rtx 4080 but its too much expensive, do u think nvidia is gonna launch smth new and could 4080price go cheaper after? and 1more question, how much bites are important? I read 240bites or higher is faster than 192bites)
RAM Kingston FURY 32GB KIT DDR5 6400MHz CL32 Renegade (do you think its good idea to go ddr5? I wanna powerful pc, not extremely too much but strong enough not to change MB or smth for a while, btw is it gonna be compatible with mb etc.?)

PC Power Supply Corsair RM850, White (2021)
PC Case be quiet! Pure Base 500DX Black
SSD Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1000GB (probably I'll go for 2tb but for now 1tb is enough)

Last question, what monitor is perfect for this pc? Should I go for FullHD, 2K, 4K, 144hz, 240hz, G-sync, FreeSync, IPS, TN? I really dont need 4K but if I was to get 4K then I'd choose RTX 4080 because of more powerful for 4K, but isn't full HD 144/240hz too low in the future?
As I said, I dont need to high resolution and perfect nano pixels and see every kind of unreal details, I aim for 25-27'' monitor, but tell me your opinion, please
Monitor is not in that prince (2200$)
Thank you for your any advices
