Question New build. Looking for guidance

Nice build you have there ^^. That Corsair case you have linked requires a 120mm rear exhaust fan so that it doesn't become a hotbox. Here's a few alternatives along with some cost cutters that should allow you to step up to a 3080 12GB. Unless you plan on o/c your RAM, the difference between CL16 and CL18 is slim to none as in no noticeable difference.

Thanks for the reply! Some really good suggestions! I was going to get additional fans for the corsair case also. I should've mentioned that. What's really funny, I was actually looking at that Lian Li case also haha. Thanks for the info on the RAM. I was not planning on overclocking them. I was thinking of tinkering with CPU/GPU a bit, though.

Is the difference between the 3080 10gb and the 12gb big? I have read it really isn't worth it. Which is why I was leaning towards the 10gb version.

As for CPU cooling, is the AIO overkill? I'm just worried about the CPU running too hot. If I can go with a non-liquid cooler that would save me a few bucks

The 3080 12GB runs almost dead even with the 3080 Ti. 360 AIO for a 5800X seems a bit overkill tbh.

Update: So, I took some of your advice and made a few changes. After some long contemplations, I pulled the trigger on this build. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vV88Xy

The GPU I got for $749 and some of my changes were toward the aesthetics side for some flash. The 500gb M.2 is for my OS (hopefully, I pick the right one when installing lol). Can't wait to build it! Thanks again for your help/suggestions! I really do appreciate the help
