Question Need help with RGBFusion and RAM on B560 Aorus Pro AX MoBo

Hi everyone, I'm here to ask you for help.
I have a B560 Aorus Pro AX motherboard with the infamous RGBFusion RGB management tool.
I have been trying to solve this problem for two months: I have some Patriot Viper ram which at first were not really detected by the app; then, after many emails with Gigabyte technical assistance, they finally sent me a version of the app capable of detect my ram. I installed it and everything worked! I couldn't believe it! And in fact it was too good to be true: at first reboot the rams did not turn on anymore! RGBFusion detect them and for the app it is as if everything were working but, actually, the rams do not turn on anymore, they are off!

Please help me, technical assistance replies every time after 7/10 days and I can't find a solution.

i know top one mentions patriot.

rgbfusion isn't very good. I only installed it long enough to swap the rgb on my mb to blue instead of red
