Please look at this screen shot , you will see my pve and xp are showing 0% how do i increase them.

BTW the players in the chat room of the game told me to go to discord for help but i cant get on because after registering my details the system said i must open email to confirm my details but no emails arrived and i did check both thunderbird and my isp spam boxes.
