Might want to double check but the I3 9100F should come with a boxed cooler unless its a tray version, the seller should state that. RAM will run at 2666 speeds max but the 3000 kit is 2 dollars more then the 2400 kits at this moment there.
 
Have to butt in sorry. That 12nm 1600 is a good find, you've done well to find stuff at that price.

1600af is actually a slightly downclocked 2600 and beats out the I3 9100 handily. I thought they were all sold out.

I don't like to recommend 2nd hand GPU's to people who are new to this, but that seems a decent price for a 1070 and it will do you well as long as its in good condition.
