Question Need help choosing computer component

Hi, I need help to buy a new computer. I don't know much about it to be honest and my laptop is starting to die so it's getting pretty urgent... I play video games a lot and do 3D animation, so I'd need a big PC that can hold up (to play games like Red Dead Redemption 2 or Cyberpunk and render 3D quickly). My budget is between 1500€ and 2000€ (which must be between 1600$ and 2000$).
I've seen this PC that fits in my budget (around 1500€) but I have no idea if it's worth it:
RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 2x16GB 3200
Hard Drive : M2 NVME 1To
Case : Cooler Master MasterBox MB520 Mesh ARGB
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 4,7Ghz
Motherboard : MSI B550 Gaming gen 3
GPU : Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070
Power supply : Cooler Master MWE 750 Bronze V2
System Fan : Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L V2 RGB

I should also point out that I have a 2560x1440 screen, which is also why I need something powerful.

Thats not a bad system for what you want to do, but does it have to be a prebuild or would you consider putting it together yourself? You'd probably get a lot more value for your money by building it.

Also what country in Europe are you in exactly?

Which renderers are you using?

The choice in renderer can make a significant factor as some are CPU based, while others GPU. If you use a lot of heavy GPU renderers it may be worth saving up to fit a 4080 into the budget as it has a significant leg up at it due to way more compute cores and a bit of extra memory. While if you use CPU renderers a lot a beefy multi-threading beast of a CPU is worthwhile.
