Need advice on a GPU and some other components.

Hey all, im a casual PC user, i want to switch from console gaming to PC gaming. I got a PC build without GPU but with an onboard card. I need a new GPU to play games at max/ultra settings. If my build right now is shet and wont hold with the newest GPU's i also want advice on wat components to switch out. I got a 3-4K max budget for all components, but if possible to reduce it to around 2k max.

MB Asus B550 Strix Gaming
Ram - 16gb DDR4 @1200 - is that in XMP?
Storage - 250gb Samsung 970 evo
PSU - Sharkoon Silent Storm Cool Zero 750watt - I have heard of brand but not sure that they are a good one.

Given its from speccy, PC exists now?

What resolution do you want to play games at?
where are you from so we can pick from shops in your area.

For games Max resolution, got newest monitors with max settings. Im from the netherlands but if there are european based webshops i can order from there too.

About the RAM i dont even know what XMP means comrade hahah.

Almost every stick of ram will run at that speed

Why me, the system seems to already exist. You suggesting an entire new PC?
