Hello,

my pc is slow but i don't know why people say that i have good component, but even my google is sometimes slower than my laptop and my laptot is not even that good. I play guilty gear but i have a hard time keeping 60 fps. Can you help me to solve the problem please ?

Here are my component:

-AMD Athlon X4 Cadencé à 3.50 GHz
-ASRock A320M-HDV R3.0
-8 Go de mémoire totale de type DDR4 à 1.2 GHz (1.2x1 GHz)
Barrette G.Skill de 8 Go
-NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER
-Disque dur SAMSUNGHD160HJ de 149.05 Go SATA II
-Disque dur ST1000DM003-1ER162 de 931.51 Go SATA III
-SSD WDCWDS120G2G0B-00EPW0 de 111.80 Go SATA III

Thank you for you help :)

If the RAM runs at 1.2Ghz, that sounds really slow. My ram is around 3Ghz.

Also, I'm not sure, but I would guess that processor is quite old. I haven't kept up with AMD but I haven't heard of the Athlon series for a while. Apparently the X4 range was introduced 10 years ago but I don't know what your exact processor is.

Weren't those Athlons AGPUs? If so, what chance the graphics system is using the Athlon instead of the 1650?

You may need to go into BIOS and make sure the Athlon graphics is turned off.

I could of course be talking rubbish, not an expert on this, just a thought :)

CPU model based on speed.

seems that one doesn't have an igpu

1.2ghz could be the speed of ram if its not in XMP. As board supports 2400 which is the XMP speed, so double.
More ram might help.

Disque dur SAMSUNGHD160HJ de 149.05 Go SATA II
-Disque dur ST1000DM003-1ER162 de 931.51 Go SATA III
-SSD WDCWDS120G2G0B-00EPW0 de 111.80 Go SATA III
which is boot drive? the ssd? how much free space?
you sure top drive is sata 2? it would be slower as they half the speed of Sata 3. a 150gb hdd isn't much use anymore.

So i should get another 8g ram to make 16g ?

my boot drive is my ssd and it's SSD WDCWDS120G2G0B-00EPW0 de 111.80 Go SATA III it has 50go of free space. And how to check the top drive pls ?

its transfer speed = 300MBPS = Sata 2

To actually checking drive, I would use crystaldiskinfo - blue icons here - https://crystalmark.info/en/
it will auto check, it reads SMART values of the drive. Can use on all 3

can use this on drive 2 - https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-win-master/

Do the games run off the hdd or ssd?

It seems that my precessor is this one

and yes the speed of it is 1200 mhz

should i buy a new one ?

if you want new ram, buy a set of 2 sticks of the amount you want
here is a link to ram Crucial know works with pc - https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/asrock/a320m-hdv-r3*0
I think these are the rams tested by Asrock with CPU - https://www.asrock.com/mb/amd/a320m-hdv r3.0/index.asp#Memory

You should be able to go into the BIOS and change the XMP setting
you may need to change the setting next to DRAM Frequency to XMP, I am not sure as manual isn't very clear. Page 50 - https://download.asrock.com/Manual/A320M-HDV R3.0.pdf
