I have a ok pc, not the best though. It has a GTX 1060 6gb gpu and a i5 8400 cpu. Lately it has had problems with severel games such as Battelfront 2, Warzone and even pretty old games lik CSGO. Most of these games ran smoothely a month a go, but now they lag. I dont think it has anything to do with my internet connection because i have tried it at a friends house (with fibernet) and it lagged there too. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Framerate is very inconsistent, and stuttering. Every 3 or 4 seconds a major lag spike followed by low framerate happens.

You have those games installed on HDD or SSD?
Did you update drivers recently? Did you notice performance problems outside of games?

Some on HDD others on SSD... I update my drivers as soon as a new one comes along. And i have noticed that my pc seems to be slower in generel.

Check for any apps running in the background - maybe you got infected by some kind of "miner"?
You may also want to run things like adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/ - it won't take long and if there's some infection going on, it may be able to find it.
Run DriveInfo app: http://dirkhauschild.de/di_eng.php and make sure you select one drive at a time and check the S.M.A.R.T. tab for each of them. See if any of the values are in red.
Running memtest86 for a whole night is a decent idea too.
Culprit could be also Windows doing something in the background. Do you have 100% HDD utilization all the time?

What do you mean "different harddrive"? The app will recognize all your drives and it shouldn't report something that doesn't exist for example. Can you provide screenshots?
