My PC blackout when i play

So i just got my pc from my brother, bc of 1 issue.
And the issue is when i play for example. Counter-strike Go. after a while, suddenly my pc blackout. and i have shut it down and reboot it. but if im streaming netflix etc. it can go all night whitout this blackout.
Maybe someone have any good advice for a new pc user on what to do about this problem

so it restarts in games but you can watch videos as long as you like?

It restarts only when playing games

Make sure it is not overheating somewhere.
