Microsoft Flight Simulator requirements

Ladies and gentlemen! Boys and girls! Microsoft has finally released the system specification requirements for FLIGHT SIMULATOR. At long last we can compare and get an estimate on how our PC’s will stack up against this legendary title. If you have been following along like I have, Microsoft Flight Simulator brings photo-realistic visuals to both PC’s and Xbox. This sim truly looks amazing and I am very much looking forward to it.

Microsoft Flight Simulator minimum specifications:

• CPU: Intel i5-4460 / Ryzen 3 1200
• GPU: nVidia GTX 770 / Radeon RX 570

I saw this earlier and wondered if I should be upgrading my graphics card.

I mean my 1080 is nice but it's nearly 4 years old. I found an ex display 2080ti for £880 on ebay with claims that it had never been used.

But in the end I decided to wait for the 3080.

Well if you can wait, why not? My rig should run MS2020 no problem. Very much looking forward to it.

What will you be using to fly? I have the TM Warthog HOTAS.

I don't have a stick at the moment.

I've never actually been on a flight sim before but this looks so awesome that I may have to take the plunge.

You'll find that flight sims eat up a lot of money. Do some research if you're serious and find the right hardware for you. I've spent a pretty penny on the flight sim hobby but it does make me happy so I guess its worth it.
