hello guys,
when it comes to games adaptations I'm reminded of "mortal kombat", it had a movie adaptation "MK (1995)", a series "MK: conquest (1998)", two animations (2020) and (2021), even a comic book for "MKX", the ones worthy to mention;
but in general adaptations have ruined the original materials so far, of which even mortal kombat hasn't been immune,
it includes the movie for "assassin's creed" which I wish was never made,
and as for harry potter movies, maybe an animation series could do better;
need for speed movie was good though,
