DDR5 is "better" ie its "faster" but it depends on if you want that at the price you will pay for an aesthetically pleasing looking DDR5 Ram stick. You can get one like i have for 90 (16gb), but its bare bones and has no RGB on it. Heres what i have in mine (x2): adata 16gb ddr5
Its worth it imo to have DDR5 esp. when your board supports it but youll be paying more for rgb ones, at least right now.
Also, this pc i just built is in the case mentioned above (Lian Li Cool Mesh 2) and its fantastic and very roomy and would work well with a 3080ti and an AIO or Kraken Z63
