Question Looking for advice on PCs for my teenage lad for Christmas

Hi I’m looking to get my son a pc for Christmas. I whittled it down to 2, but I don’t know which is better.

The first one is on cyberpower pc and it’s called infinity 145ti next day pc sy3053, apologies I can’t add a link. This one is £1199

The second one is on palicomp and it’s called AMD best buy (fac6). This one is £995 but I added upgrades which were:-

Promo q jump + windows11 + 3 years carefree - £100
Deep cool ag300 - £30
ASU’s prime b850m-a Wi-Fi- £75

So total is also £1200

Any help would be much appreciated.

For the headline parts the Palicomp has a better graphics card and power supply. While the CPUs are similar, the AMD system will be upgradeable for a couple of generations so I'd lean that way.

The only problem is ideally you want 32 GB of RAM, and the stuff is getting expensive right now because of AI. If youve got the budget, I suggest upgrading the AMD system to 32GB and go with that.
