Question League Of Legends Huge fps drop from ~300 fps on high settings to now ~70 on even low settings (i7-9700k,2080 super)

Hey so basically the title I have an aurora r8 with 2080 super i7-9700k its nothing to do with the CPU temp as I checked that and even replaced the thermal paste recently the ram usage seems fine to me as in game it isn't super high and for me it isn't obvious what the problem is. have you tried reducing the number of startup programs? that can helpe CPU activity.
running test after a restart might help
Have you checked Alienware website to see if you have newest BIOS? and drivers

For some of the tests, the GPU wasn't showing
