Tell me, maybe I'm not the only one who came across this. I downloaded Dying Light from steam to a laptop, the system requirements are many times higher than the recommended ones and the latest drivers are available, Windows 10 64-bit OS. However, with all this, the game lags even at the lowest settings, maybe someone knows how to solve this problem, I will be very grateful, because this is my favorite game.

Hi there, it would help if you posted the exact brand and model of your laptop.

Also:

The exact model of CPU (I5 11155G)

Graphics card model (Nvidia RTX2060/GTX1660)

Amount of RAM

Type and size of hard drive the game is installed on (SSD/HDD)

Screen resolution (1080p?)

Otherwise its hard to take a stab at what is happening. :)

Yes, I'm sorry, I didn't think about it, here are all the system parameters:

Laptop: Asus FX505DT

Model of CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

Graphics card model: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR5 4GB

RAM: 8GB

Hard drive: SSD 500GB

Screen resolution: 1080p/144Hz

Ok good.

Are you sure you are running the game on the dGPU GTX1650 and its not switching to the integrated at all times? Is the laptop plugged in or at 100% charge?

I'm not a laptop guy but I understand many laptops have a power saving mode that will use the integrated graphics when battery is empty or when GPU usage is low. So if you are turning all quality settings down it may be switching to low power mode to save battery.

There should be settings to force it to run in performance mode to stop it doing that, have you made sure that is on?
