Question Lag spikes in games

hi there I’ve recently bought a prebuilt pc yes I know big mistake how ever I thought in my opinion it had a good upgrade path and I don’t trust myself building one from scratch.

Specs -

Ryzen 5 5500
Zotac RTX 3050 6GB
Prime A520M-K MOTHERBOARD
16GB 2 x 8GB 3200mhz ram

So I’ve been experience lag spikes on csgo 2 at comp settings every now and then where frame times go insanely high and then after a bit it goes back to normal I was hoping to see if anyone can help me fix this and also would want to know what potential upgrades I can do in the coming weeks or months.

prebuilds aren't necessarily a "big mistake".
anyway I think you should try to lock your fps to your monitor's refresh rate and then see If you still get frame drops , also you can monitor the Temps of CPU and GPU to see if they are throttling due to high temps (which I highly doubt since you recently bought the PC but you can check)
