Just bought Alienware Desktop but need help with optimization

Hello I just joined the forum and hoping to connect with you good people about how to fully optimize my new PC

I will be essentially only be playing Call of Duty on this PC and hoping I can max out the performance in terms of FPS etc.

Is there software or anything I can use to tell me the PC stats such as Frames per second and other running metrics?

I am even will to pay someone to really assist me on this. Here is the PC and monitor I just ordered:

Easiest way to tell would be to run a program like https://benchmarks.ul.com/3dmark that you can buy through steam, it will show the scores the PC can do after running some of the tests.

You shouldn't need to pay anyone really.

You shouldn't need any optimizations, CoD has pretty low system requirements—your PC is way above recommended.
