It just depends on what games you play and your expectations. This should play everything out there at 1080p, but you are going to be on low graphic settings for some games and 30 fps.

On the other hand, if you are a PvP gamer, those games, generally speaking, are not graphically intensive, and you should get better results.

This PC should be incredibly inexpensive. If you can find something with an Nvidia RTX 3060 or 4060 at around the same price, then they are charging too much, and you should buy the other ones.

Office work/home use - ok, gaming - rather weak. gtx1650 is below what they recommend for new games. It's below even the old gtx970 in gpu performance.
I'd look for a 1660/1660 super as entry level options for gaming now.

This PC should be incredibly inexpensive.

this. it's okay, as long as you're using it as a basic home pc, with cs-type games.
