An acquaintance is selling this gaming PC and I'd like to some help. I know nothing about gaming PCs. Thanks for any help!

In terms of spec it's good for gaming at 1080p, and is better than you'd get self-building for that price.

Of course, 2nd hand goods don't have a warranty, so there's that risk, and if something turns out to be wrong with it - known or not known to the person selling it - it could impact your personal relationship with them (buying expensive things from friends can be or turn complicated).

The parts are modern so if one of them turned out to be faulty, a replacement would be easy to source. And buying a replacement would still leave you with a fairly decent value system. But whether it's worth the potential risk/hassle of 2nd hand goods is a personal choice for you to make :)
