Is this game will play in my pc?
my system cofig is (asus i5 8250. 1.8ghz 6 gb ,nvidia geforce mx130)

You should really post this in the General Hardware/General Gaming section and include more details regarding your system, That being said yes that should be adequate to run Hitman Absolution.

As above, even your quite weak MX130 should be able to run it - at least to some degree. You may find yourself lowering settings and/or resolution depending on your preferences. But you'll be able to play through the game.
