Yeah i think it's fine. You can go for asus tuf f15 it is also a very decent machine.

If you want to use it for gaming and the HP doesnt have a graphics card then yes the TUF will be better.

the exchange is all free for both of us i dont want to do with laptop i bought my because of my stying at university. but he liked the design of my laptop and want just to exchange

From a purely CPU and graphics standpoint the 11400h and RTX 3050 are much faster than the Ryzen 3500u. I dont know anything about the quality of the screens, storage, keyboard, SSD and battery life though.
