After much delay emailing and no troubleshooting help from the correspondent at amd; I learned that no RMA will be allowed unless the product is bought from AMD's website.

What is the specific make/model of your GPU?

If the Sapphire you mentioned in the other thread, you have to go through Sapphire for warranty support (if still under warranty, of course).

Checking the power at the pcie 8 pin connector , I found one with zero volts . This would be enough to diminish performance or make crashes. but would it be sufficient to prevent operating?
